Services

WaysHQ provides web design, web development, branding, digital marketing, and related digital services as agreed between the client and the agency.

Project Scope

All projects are carried out based on the agreed proposal or quotation. Any additional features, revisions beyond the agreed limit, or changes in scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding assets, approvals, and timely feedback necessary for project completion. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or invoice. Work may commence only after any required deposit has been received. Outstanding balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received. WaysHQ retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Revisions

Revision rounds, where applicable, will be limited to those included in the project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

WaysHQ will use reasonable skill and care in providing its services but shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or website.

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment processors, plugins, or software vendors. WaysHQ is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by these external services.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. If work has already commenced, the client may be responsible for payment for services completed up to the date of cancellation.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund and Privacy Policy. Refunds may be considered where delivered work materially differs from the agreed project scope and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable revisions.

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or engage in activities that may interfere with its operation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WaysHQ operates, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

WaysHQ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
